  • "Why won't my device charge ?"

    This may indicate damage to the battery, or a faulty charger. Overtightening of the cartridge may cause damage to the battery, as will improper cleaning, or even supercharging of the battery. Make sure to only use the charging equipment that comes with your device. If this problem persists, please contact support@kandypens.com

    "My device is lighting up normally, but it doesn't seem to activate my cartridge!"

    This typically happens when the device is overtightened. Try unscrewing the cartridge just a little bit and see if that improve airflow. If this does not improve the use of your device, contact support@kandypens.com

  • "How do I use my 350mAh Battery?"

    To power on/off the battery you need to click the power button 5X. The three variable voltage settings are Green 3.7V, Blue 3.9V, and Red 4.1V. To cycle between these voltage settings simply click the button 3X. The battery also has a session mode feature. Simply click the power button 2X and the battery will power continuously for 10 seconds. Enjoy!

    "How come my battery keeps flashing?"

    This usually indicates a connection error. Try cleaning off the connection points on the battery and cartridge, or try to use another cartridge with the device. Be careful not to overtighten, once you feel resistance in turning that cartridge you should be good to vape.
