  • "I think something may be wrong with my charger, the CBM Will flash and then nothing happens."

    The C-box Mini will indicate that the battery has received a full charge by flashing the indicator LED 20 times. If your battery is not able to illuminate the LED when you draw on the device after the indicator flashes 20 times, please contact customer support at support@kandypens.com

  • "Why won't my CBM produce any vapor?"

    This usually indicates a poor connection between your cartridge and your battery. Try to rotate the cartridge inside the device, adjust the magnetic adapter alignment, and clean connection area and you should see instant results.
