We recommend removing the Oura atomizer by unscrewing it from your base, and submerging it fully into a bowl of 91% ISO for at least 3-4 hours. It's important not to try taking the atomizer apart before soaking, as any residual material may damage to coil. The entire coil may be submerged, and it is recommended that you let the coil dry off fully for about 15-20 minutes before using it again. There are two types of flashing 'Error' codes you can commonly find on an Oura. Three quick red flashes indicates a connection error between your base and atomizer, and can usually be solved with some quick cleaning of your device! Five red flashes indicates low battery, and can usually be solved by charging your base to full battery.

This has a very simple solution, simply un-plug the charge cable and plug it back in. Your Oura should turn green right away. You can also hold your finger on the touch-sensor for five seconds to ensure your Oura is fully charged. If this does not solve your issue, please contact us at email@example.com
If the atomizer is heating up, your material is absolutely vaporizing! Most vapor production issues stem from one of two things: Loading and Drawing technique. We recommend loading 0.1g of material (just about the size of a rice grain) into your atomizer and using the Red or Blue heat settings with the Quartz bucket, and placing your carb cap over the atomizer. Once you start to see small wisps of vapor coming out of the carb cap, you are going to want to draw slowly and gently on your glass. Think of it as trying to coax the vapor into the glass bowl itself, as opposed to into your mouth or lungs. Once that glass starts to milk up with vapor, remove the carb cap and draw the material into your lungs for a much cleaner, smoother, and bigger hit!
If this does not improve your vapor production, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
This is usually a result of the atomizer being tightened down a little too tightly into the arm of the base. Make sure to have the silicone ring on your atomizer, and press firmly on both sides while turning counter-clock-wise. The Oura Coil V2 was recently released with some improvements to make it easier to install and use. The top metal ring now slides into place and is held on by the silicone band around the top of your atomizer! This makes the entire coil much easier to install and remove from your device without accidentally removing the top ring instead. Additionally, further structural support was added to the base of the plate underneath the coil to ensure that the coil doesn't shift or move around when physically pulled on or moved.
