This usually results from an error between the battery and the connection to the pod. Try flipping the pod around 180 degrees, this will normally solve the issue! If not, take a dry paper towel and clean around the pod and the inside of the battery to see if any liquid may be causing the error. If this does not fix your issues, please contact support@kandypens.com
The best way to ensure the longevity of your pods is to prime them after every re-fill. Once your liquid is inside the pod, carb the pod off by covering the airflow holes and draw sharply 3-5 times on the top of the pod. This will ensure your liquid is soaking into the cotton, and will prevent dry-hits that could "burn" the pod out!
You should get 40-50 puffs on a full charge.
This can happen with physical damage to the pod, but also from quick and easy mistakes that are easily avoidable. Avoid quick changes in elevation (i.e: Getting on an airplane) when you have a completely full pod, and ensure you exclusively use liquid vaping material with your Rubi pod.
This can vary from user to user, as how much you use the pod every day will effect its average lifespan. With proper care, we expect a new pod to last around 1- 2 weeks of daily usage.
Some material may have gotten down into your battery, or your battery may have been supercharged. Avoid using any charging equipment that did not come with the device, and avoid adapters that are rated higher than 1 Amp.
