The mouthpiece filter can be removed easily by gripping the sides of the filter and twisting counter-clockwise. The filter can be soaked in 90% ISO for easy cleaning.
If you are having an issue with your Session adapter not fitting your glass rig, you may need a different size adapter. You can find them on the website here: https://www.kandypens.com/glass/
To optimize performance and the longevity of your Session coil, please follow these three easy steps:
If you need further assistance or have further questions/issues about Session coil maintenance, please contact our customer support team.
If your Session device is blinking red when trying to use, please contact our customer support team. This could be a coil issue OR a device issue. Either way, we offer a lifetime warranty on the Session battery so you're covered. :)
The Session can be top heavy for some smaller glass rigs and can cause the rig to tip over. To avoid tipping over the rig, turn the Session around (while mounted) and have the button face the user, this should help evenly distribute the weight of the battery.
The short answer is no. The Session is for concentrates only. Never put dry material onto your Session coil. The "dual use" means it can be used on a glass rig OR on the go as a portable wax pen. Simply, attach the included mouthpiece and remove the glass adapter from the bottom to use as a portable wax pen.
The atomizer on the device is ceramic and can be cleaned very easily. To clean the coil, use a Q-tip after use, or remove the atomizer from the device and submerge it in 90% ISO for a period of 5-10 minutes. This will remove unwanted matter and clean the heating element. Air dry coil after ISO submission. Never put water in the Session coil.
Most vapor production issues stem from one of two things, Loading or Inhalation technique. We recommend loading 0.1g of material (just about the size of a grain of rice) into your atomizer and depending on which heat setting you are using, this will determine taste vs vapor production. If using a glass rig, slowly draw on the glass mouthpiece as vapor enters your rig. If using the Session as portable vaporizer, inhale slowly to avoid getting material getting into the mouthpiece. If you need further assistance or have further questions about loading and inhalation technique, please contact our customer support team.
