While the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of the coronavirus (COVID-19), KandyPens, Inc. is committed to supporting you, our valued customers, by continuing operations in our offices and warehouses. While our customer support staff is working from home, our 5 Star Customer Support level has not changed. We are equally committed to taking care of our employees, and have actively followed the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We have put in place many virus-mitigating actions, and have established cleaning measures and quarantine guidelines across all facilities. We will continue to process and ship orders within 24 hours with a limited warehouse staff. That being said, OUR INCOMING ORDER VOLUME HAS INCREASED OVER 250%.
