  • "I'm not able to draw through my device, there is no airflow."

    This typically happens when the device is overtightened. Try unscrewing the cartridge just a little bit and see if that improve airflow. If this does not improve the use of your device, contact support@kandypens.com

    "Why does this device make my product taste funny ?"

    Different cartridges will use different coils to produce vapor. The Special-K cartridge uses a Cotton and steel coil, which will affect the taste of your vapor. It is not harmful, but may be different than other cartridges you've tried previously!

  • "Why won't my device charge ?

    This may indicate damage to the battery, or a faulty charger. Overtightening of the cartridge may cause damage to the battery, as will improper cleaning, or even supercharging of the battery. Make sure to only use the charging equipment that comes with your device. If this problem persists, please contact support@kandypens.com

    "My device is lighting up normally, but it doesn't seem to activate my cartridge!"

    This typically happens when the device is overtightened. Try unscrewing the cartridge just a little bit and see if that improve airflow. If this does not improve the use of your device, contact support@kandypens.com
